We are
currently using 4 freight companies to get our machines to you. Your
individual situation and the machine you choose will determine which
one is used. Certain machines must be shipped via certain carriers,
others are at our discretion. Please email
for a shipping quote, or use the form below. Most machines on our site
will ship freight collect, unless it's going out of the country... We
will ship internationally, however... machines are extremely expensive
to ship overseas, so brace yourself when you get the quote... |

All non-machine
items ship via UPS and USPS. Generally, shipping goes by weight and
destination, so figure the farther you are from Raleigh, NC 27617 and
the heavier your package is, the more you are going to pay. Our new
shipping calculator that we have added to our shopping cart is pretty
reliable, so you can place your parts order without worrying about being
overcharged on shipping. We suggest using Priority Mail for smaller
parts orders, as it is generally cheaper and faster than using UPS ground.
UPS should only be used for large, heavy items. Tracking information
is provided on all applicable orders. You may track your package by
clicking on the appropriate logo above and entering your tracking number.
Please note that First Class shipments do not get tracking numbers... |
International

We get
emails every day regarding International shipments... We ship world-wide
using USPS. There's no need to email us regarding a shipping quote,
simply place the parts that you need in the shopping cart and enter
your country information, and the shipping calculator will do the rest.
First Class International is the cheapest way to go, but also the slowest,
with minimal tracking information, and no insurance. There is no estimated
delivery time for First Class International packages, so if you are
in a hurry or are placing a large (or expensive) order, it is recommended
that you upgrade to a higher level of shipping... Express International
is the quickest way to go, with an estimated delivery time of 5 days,
but is also the most expensive. Priority Mail International is the middle
service, and the most popular, with estimated delivery times of 5-10
days. Insurance is available with both Express and Priority. Please
note that delivery times do not include customs clearance in the destination
country... Due to various factors which are beyond our control, we are
not responsible for late/lost/misdirected packages, so please choose
the level of service which you are most comfortable with... |
