Here are a few things you should know about who is filling your order:

Lizard Lick is a very small company with 1 full-time and 2 part-time employees. The person that answers your emails and the phone is the same person that is primarily responsible for filling and packing orders, shipping and receiving, placing orders, and fixing messed up orders... Although each and every one of our customers is very important to us, we are in crisis mode right now, trying to get orders out as fast as we can, so every minute spent replying to emails is a minute that could be spent packing the next order, which could be yours!

 
What happens when there is a 'shortage' of parts:
Occasionally, a manufacturer will run out of items that we stock, or will have production delays beyond our control. We will do our best to keep these items off the site if we think there will be an extended delay, but many times we will have the item back in stock by the time we get to your order. We constantly have orders coming in and going out; if a supplier is out of an item, and it affects our shipping schedule, we will post the items causing delays on this page. If you notice that we have moved past your order date and you have not recieved a shipping notice, chances are you have one of those items on your order. There may be parts that cause minor delays, a day or two, we will generally not post those here, just those that are causing extended delays. During these times, we keep working on orders for parts that we do have in stock, and when the parts that are causing back-orders come in, we go back and start filling those next.
 
WHEN EMAILING US:
We are asking, for the time being, to only email us if there is an issue with your order. An issue would be considered something that was wrong with the order you received, you need to change your address, or if you see an item you ordered in the 'Primary Cause of Back-Orders' box above, and we are working on (or are close to) your order date. We cannot provide exact ship dates due to continually fluctuating factors that are generally out of our control.

IF YOU STILL WANT TO EMAIL US:
Please tell us in your subject line why you are emailing, it will help us pick you out from the crowd. Using subject lines like "Hey" or "My Order" doesn't really help much.
 
IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER:
You may want to check with us first, as some orders ship faster than others, and we may have your order sitting here ready to ship out... It's okay, we understand, and we have no problem canceling out your order and issuing a refund. A simple "please cancel my order", along with a little bit of information (the email address you used when you placed your order works best) will do the trick. If you're mad and want to let us have it, go right ahead, but it doesn't really change the situation, we'll still do your refund the same way. You will get an email from us and PayPal when your refund has been issued.
 
IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR ORDER:
Currently, we are caught up enough that if you need to make a minor change to your order that doesn't involve a different dollar amount (a color change, for example), let us know, we can probably help you out. If you need to make a change to your address, please let us know asap...
 
IF YOU HAVE TECHNICAL QUESTIONS:
We know a bunch, but we don't know it all, so if you really want to know if one of our products will work in something, you might try Googling it, or checking the forums at Shoryuken.com. Chances are someone has already done what you are trying to do, and can probably answer your question much better than we can. If you just can't find the answer anywhere, let us know, we'll figure it out for you...
