| Payment Info |
| We accept PayPal and major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Our credit card processor is PayPal, and payments will show up on your statement as "Lizard Lick". Please be aware that the card holder's name must appear on the card for it to work on our site, this includes "gift" cards with one of the aforementioned logos on it. You must also enter the current billing address for the credit card in the "bill to" section during checkout, or your card will not work. In the event of a credit card error, an "authorization" may appear on your account for up to 5 business days, and then will drop off without debiting your account. In the event that you need to cancel an order, a refund will be issued through PayPal back to the original funding source. PayPal payments generally credit immediately, credit and debit cards may take up to 5 days to appear. |

EMS (Express Mail Service): 3-5 business days. Includes tracking and insurance is available. Priority Mail: 5-10 business days. Includes tracking and insurance is available. 1st Class International: No set delivery time, no tracking or insurance available.
PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU ARE CHOOSING 1ST CLASS INTERNATIONAL:
We have seen 1st Class shipments reach their destination in 10 days, and we have also seen them take 3 months. We do not recommend using this mail class, but if you do, we ask that you give your order at least 90 days to arrive, and we will not have any further information to give you regarding your shipment if you were to contact us. If you are in a hurry to get your parts, or are concerned about tracking, we suggest upgrading to a higher service level...
International Customers will have to proceed through the check-out and enter their address to see the available shipping options and costs. Please note that estimated shipping times for international shipments is to inbound foreign customs only...

| The Fine Print |
You will receive an email from us with your tracking info once your order ships, and you can also track your orders via our site when you sign into your account and check your order history. Regardless of the shipping option chosen, please bear in mind that once an order leaves our shop, it is out of our control, and we do not have any additional information regarding it. We are not responsible for late, lost or misdirected packages, and will not issue refunds or reship orders that do not arrive at their intended destination. In the event that a package comes back to us as undeliverable, we will issue a refund for the cost of the parts in the order only. Insurance is available for all but one shipping class, and we encourage our customers to use it on high-dollar orders.
